2008年3月,安徽省马鞍山市被省纪委、监察厅确定为领导干部廉洁自律预警工作试点市。在市委的领导下,经过认真调查研究,广泛征求意见,精心谋划筹备,认真抓好实施,建立领导干部廉洁自律预警机制工作逐步展开,明确预警对象主要是各级领导干部,预警范围主要是违反廉洁自律相关规定的行为。
In March 2008, Ma’anshan City, Anhui Province, was identified as the pilot municipality for leading cadres in the work of honesty and self-discipline and early warning by the Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision Department. Under the leadership of the municipal Party committee, after careful investigation and study, extensive solicitation of opinions, elaborate planning, conscientious implementation and establishment of a leading cadre’s system of honest and self-discipline and early warning are gradually carried out. Clearly the target of early warning is mainly leading cadres at all levels. The scope of early warning mainly violates Clean and self-discipline related to the behavior.
