氨茶碱用于临床已有70余年历史,近年来因提出了一些新看法,而引起麻醉工作者的注视,现综述如下。作用机理和生理效应氨茶碱由85%茶碱和15%乙二胺组成,主要起作用是茶碱,为临床上常用的平喘药。其作用机理围绕三个中心环节,也称三种假说: 一、使环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)破坏减少,cAMP是细胞功能活动的重要调节物质,cAMP的破坏与磷酸二酯酶有关。茶碱能抑制磷酸二酯酶,使cAMP破坏减少,细胞内cAMP水平提高。继而产生生理效应,使组胺和过敏反应慢反应物质(SRS-A)的释放减少,导致平滑肌松弛以及减轻支气管
