目的探讨吸入用糖皮质激素(ICS)剂量等效性及安全性评价。方法分析吸入用糖皮质激素安全性及其等效剂量,并以1例咳嗽变异型哮喘患者使用吸入用糖皮质激素过量的病例加以验证分析。结果布地奈德雾化吸入500μg等效于布地奈德干粉吸入160μg,等效于丙酸氟替卡松气雾剂100μg。结论应关注临床吸入用糖皮质激素的使用剂量,避免药物过量导致药物不良反应的发生。
Objective To investigate the dose equivalence and safety evaluation of inhaled glucocorticoid (ICS). Methods The safety and equivalent doses of glucocorticoid for inhaled corticosteroids were analyzed. One case of cough variant asthma was tested by using inhaled glucocorticoid overdose. Results Budesonide inhalation inhalation of 500μg equivalent budesonide dry powder inhalation 160μg, equivalent to fluticasone propionate aerosol 100μg. Conclusions Should pay close attention to the clinical dose of glucocorticoid inhalation, to avoid drug overdose lead to the occurrence of adverse drug reactions.
