针对多孔疏松材料在SHS烧结后致密化成型过程中工艺参数难以控制这一特性,采用ANSYS模拟了孔隙体积百分比不同、压坯压下量为30%时疏松孔的变形情况。通过分析变形区应力应变分布、孔形状、尺寸变化以及材料变形力的变化,得出了不同孔隙百分比对加压变形情况的影响规律。
Aiming at the characteristics that the process parameters are difficult to control during the densification process of SHS sintered porous sintered materials, ANSYS was used to simulate the deformation of loose pores when the percentage of void volume was different. By analyzing the distribution of stress and strain in the deformation zone, the shape and size of the holes, and the deformation forces of the materials, the influence laws of the percentages of different pores on the compression and deformation are obtained.
