目的:研究粘结瓷对钛/瓷结合强度的影响。方法:根据ISO9693标准,运用三点弯曲方法对Super Porcelain TI-22钛瓷系统的粘结瓷组和无粘结瓷组的钛/瓷结合强度进行测试,并对钛/瓷结合界面进行SEM/EDS观察与分析。结果:粘结瓷组的钛/瓷结合强度(39.41±0.86MPa)明显大于无粘结瓷组的钛/瓷的结合强度(24.27±2.99MPa)(P<0.01)。粘结瓷组断裂发生在钛/瓷反应层,断裂模式为沿晶与穿晶的混合形态,晶粒中有层状亚结构组成。无粘结瓷组断口平直,有大量锡球析出,钛/瓷界面有大量的孔隙存在。结论:粘结瓷可有效地增加了钛/瓷的结合强度。
Objective: To study the effect of bonding porcelain on the bonding strength of titanium / porcelain. Methods: According to the ISO9693 standard, the titanium / porcelain bonding strength of the bonded porcelain group and the non-bonded porcelain group of Super Porcelain TI-22 titanium porcelain system was tested by three-point bending method. The titanium / EDS observation and analysis. Results: The bonding strength of titanium / porcelain in bonded porcelain group (39.41 ± 0.86MPa) was significantly higher than that of non - bonded porcelain group (24.27 ± 2.99MPa) (P <0.01). Bonding porcelain group fracture occurs in the titanium / porcelain reaction layer, the fracture mode is the mixed morphology of intergranular and transgranular, the grain has layered sub-structure. Unbonded porcelain fracture flat, a large number of solder ball precipitation, titanium / porcelain interface has a large number of pores exist. Conclusion: Bonded porcelain can effectively increase the bonding strength of titanium / porcelain.
