在以往的一些重大政治教育活动中,在分析评议阶段往往出现这样的应付局面:个人总结成绩一大套,查找问题笑一笑;大家表扬别人如数星星,批评别人鸦雀无声;组织对个人评议指出问题用“希望”,批评缺点用“遗憾”。其结果,分析评议形同虚设走过场,没有达到预期的目的,存在的问题没有从根本上得到解决。因此,在先进性教育活动进入分析评议阶段之际,进行一些有效方法引导是必要的。
