病历摘要 邓××,女,23岁,某化学试剂厂操作工,总工龄8年,硝基苯提纯操作4月。因头晕、头痛、乏力6年,症状加重4月入院。 患者原工种为提纯叔丁醇、乙二胺。入院前6年出现轻度头晕、乏力等症状,未进行任何治疗。入院前5月,工作改为提纯硝基苯。从事此项工作前WBC7.0×10~9/L。工作后不久上述症状加重,并出现失眠、多梦、心悸、食欲减退。提纯硝基苯的工作持续4月,于入院前一月结束工作后来我院,WBC4次分别均低于4.0×10~9/L,在门诊给予治疗2周后WBC3.5×10~9/L而收入住院治疗。
