改革开放以来,尤其是取消农业税以来,随着农业机械化等现代生产方式的普及,农民普遍拥有了大量的闲暇时间。对农民来说,如何打发这些闲暇时间是个大问题。当前,农村闲暇生活在某些方面出现了变质。赌博、恶性人情竞争乃至邪教从边缘走向中心。新农村建设战略提出的加强农村文化建设,十分具有针对性。但在实际工作中还不够完善,需要在加强基层组织建设的基础上,积极引导农民的闲暇生活,推进乡村本土文化建设与公共建设,以真正适应农民的实际需要。
Since the reform and opening up, especially since the abolition of the agricultural tax, farmers have generally enjoyed a lot of leisure time with the popularization of modern production methods such as agricultural mechanization. For farmers, how to pass these leisure time is a big problem. At present, leisure life in rural areas has deteriorated in some aspects. Gambling, vicious competition for humanity and even the cult from the edge to the center. The new rural construction strategy put forward by strengthening rural cultural construction is very specific. However, it is not yet perfect enough in practical work. On the basis of strengthening grassroots organizations, we should actively guide the leisure life of peasants and promote the local cultural construction and public construction in rural areas in order to truly adapt to the actual needs of peasants.
