目前有关新生儿颅内出血的内外科综合治疗的报道较为少见,我院新生儿科与青海省人民医院神经外科协作,对 CT 确诊为颅内出血的107例新生儿除进行药物治疗外,对其中部分病例针对不同的出血部位分别采用反复腰穿放出脑脊液、硬脑膜下穿刺、脑室持续外引流、开颅血肿清除术以及各种脑脊液分流术等内外科治疗措施,取得了较满意的治疗效果,挽救了一些危重患儿的生命。
