随着中央群团工作会议精神的落实,国有企业共青团改革创新工作引向深入。中央企业是国有企业的排头兵,建筑施工类企业则是中央企业中共青团改革的重点领域,共青团工作在改革创新中不断助推中心工作,深受广大青年员工拥护和支持,取得了骄人的业绩。加强团组织属地建设,全力推动团青工作改革创新,以服务项目建设为主战场,以增强团组织凝聚力为主攻方向,以提升青年职工技能水平和创新能力为重点,进一步凝聚了广大一线团员青年,使得分布于全国各地的团组织特别是团青活动取得了诸多成绩。
With the implementation of the spirit of the Central Group Working Conference, the work of reform and innovation of the Communist Youth League in state-owned enterprises has been deepened.
