目的 :分析消化系统疾病门诊不合理用药,为消化系统疾病门诊合理用药提供参考,减少消化系统疾病治疗过程中不合理用药。方法:选取我院在2013年12月~2014年12月期间诊治的消化系统疾病不合理用药患者60例,对其资料进行回顾性分析。结果:通过分析发现,消化系统疾病不合理用药对患者其病情有一定的影响,不良反应包括单独用药产生的不良反应以及联合用药产生的不良反应。结论 :消化系统疾病不合理用药问题在临床用药中广泛存在,特别是联合用药。不合理用药对患者的病情有很大的影响,临床治疗消化系统疾病应该严格遵从医嘱,合理用药,在联合用药中要对药物的使用方法、剂量以及服用时间进行有效的调整,预防不合理用药情况出现。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the unreasonable use of drugs in the outpatient department of digestive diseases and provide reference for the rational use of drugs in the outpatient of digestive diseases so as to reduce the irrational use of drugs in the treatment of digestive diseases. Methods: Sixty cases of unreasonable use of digestive diseases diagnosed and treated in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2014 were selected and their data were retrospectively analyzed.
