中国要构建新的政治经济学,大力发展生产力,应以《资本论》为根本指导思想,遵循《资本论》的研究思路和建立科学体系的道路,即要研究以怎样的新的社会生产关系决定性地推动生产力进一步发展。在以《资本论》为指导构建中国政治经济学体系过程中,必须划清把生产力理论看作马克思主义政治经济学基本原理的看法的界限、科学社会主义与伦理社会主义的界限、唯物主义历史观与人道主义历史观的界限、马克思主义政治经济学与现代西方经济学的界限,并清除现代西方经济学对社会主义历史的历史虚无主义思潮的影响。
