目的探讨用微波配合药物综合治疗变态反应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法药物用喷鼻剂丙酸倍氯米松和口服盐酸西替利嗪片,并口服辛苓颗粒。治疗第7天,采用RADARMED200微波治疗仪,术后停用丙酸倍氯米松喷鼻剂,改用1%麻黄素和地塞米松眼药水滴鼻。术后1周清理鼻腔,恢复使用丙酸倍氯米松喷鼻剂。结果全部患者均随访1年以上。显效55例,有效13例,无效2例,总有效率为97.4%。结论中西药配合微波治疗变态反应性鼻炎,既可以改变局部血管张力及通透性,又可以从根本上改善患者的过敏性体质,疗效稳定。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of microwave combined with drugs in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods The drug was given nasal spray with beclomethasone propionate and oral cetirizine hydrochloride tablets and oral Xin Ling granules. On the seventh day of treatment, the RADARMED200 microwave therapeutic apparatus was used. After the procedure, beclometasone dipropionate nasal spray was stopped and the nasal drops were replaced with 1% ephedrine and dexamethasone eye drops. The nasal cavity was cleared 1 week after surgery, and the administration of beclomethasone propionate nasal spray was resumed. Results All patients were followed up for more than 1 year. 55 cases markedly effective, effective in 13 cases, 2 cases, the total effective rate was 97.4%. Conclusion Western medicine and microwave treatment of allergic rhinitis can both change the local vascular tone and permeability, and can fundamentally improve the patient’s allergic constitution, efficacy and stability.
