本文用电子显微镜对12例变性近视眼和8例正常眼的后极部巩膜、脉络膜和视网膜进行了超微结构观察;用特征X射线能谱仪对7例变性近视眼和7例正常眼的色素上皮层进行元素成份分析。并对色素上皮的特殊功能和锌元素代谢的可能机理进行了讨论。
In this paper, 12 cases of degenerative myopia and 8 cases of normal eyes posterior pole of the sclera, choroid and retina were observed by electron microscopy ultrastructure observation; characteristic X-ray spectrometer 7 cases of degenerative myopia and 7 cases of normal eyes Pigment epithelium for elemental composition analysis. The special function of pigment epithelium and the possible mechanism of zinc metabolism are also discussed.
