目的 本文从预防性病的传播渠道入手,了解性病知识、态度及行为现状.方法 对356例性病患者进行安全性行为调查.在发现的HIV感染者/AIDS病人中,男女之比为3∶1;绝大部分为青壮年,最大83岁,最小2岁,年龄在40岁以下的占90.4%.未婚者占48.9%(941/1924),已婚或同居占44.7%(860/1924),其他占6.4%;报告病例中有27例为外籍人员,占1.4%;非户籍人口占94.0%,户籍人口仅占6.0%;感染人群绝大部分文化程度较低,在高中及以上文化程度的仅占15.3%.结论 加提倡使用安全套的宣传力度,提高人们对安全性行为的认识水平,提高安全套的使用事,是控制和预防性病及爱滋病经性接触传播流行的关键.
