2003年4月{6日,欧洲10国在希腊雅典签署加入欧盟条约。尽管此条约要2004年5月经批准或全民公决才能生效,但这是欧盟的第五次扩盟,其范围和人数将大为增加。因此,仅一个欧盟,中国企业的商业机会就较此前大为增加。 鉴此,记者近期跨洲采访了为中国企业提供服务的英国公司一一中国商务中心的执行经理朱羽舒先生,请他为中小企业进入欧洲市场发表他的看法,并介绍情况,提供资讯。 记者:中国大陆的中小企业要进入欧洲市场投资或发展,为何应当首选英国,朱先生可否给出什么理由呢? 朱经理:在我看来,若想到欧洲投资或发展,首选英国当然是有充分的理由的。 我不妨先向大陆的中小企业粗略地介绍一下英国的基本情况。从地理优势看,英国是通向欧洲的门户,也是进人欧洲这一世界上最大的统一市场的桥头堡。但是,由于欧洲国家的语言、各国法律规定、地理等条件的限制,外国公司或资本想直接打人欧洲市场的确不容易。而英国是欧盟成员国,地处欧洲,与欧洲各国来往交通便利。更重要的是,英国的投资环境极其理想。我认为,大陆中小企业投资欧洲为什么应首选英国,至少有以下10大理由:1.稳定的政治环境和宽松的经济气候;2.较低的通货膨胀和稳定的增长;3.良好的商业发展机会;4.生产成本低,产品具有竞争力;5.先进的基础设施;6.?
