偶尔翻阅杂志,看到一则有关加拿大人的纳税意识的短文,颇受启发,觉得对增强我国公民的纳税意识不无裨益。每年的4月30日是加拿大人年度的最后一个纳税日,纳税人必须赶在当晚12点钟以前把应纳税款寄出去,否则就要受罚。国家有电脑系统,能随时了解每个人的收入情况,并称税收与加拿大人关系密切,每家商店、餐馆的价目表上都写着联邦税和省政府税比例规定。商店、餐馆对每一笔交易都开具发票,注明顾客的纳税额,所以不用担心税款会被人私吞。这说明,依法纳税在加拿大已经形成了良好的社会氛围,税务部门不必为防止偷
Reading through the magazines occasionally saw a short essay about Canadian tax awareness inspired by the sense of taxing the citizens of our country. April 30 of each year is the last tax day for Canadians. Taxpayers must send the tax due at 12 o’clock that evening, otherwise they will be punished. The state has a computer system that keeps track of each person’s income and says the tax is so close to Canadians that the federal and provincial government tax rates are printed on the price list for each store and restaurant. Stores and restaurants invoice every transaction to indicate the amount of tax paid by customers, so do not worry about tax hikes. This shows that tax paying according to law has formed a good social atmosphere in Canada and the tax department does not have to prevent theft
