随着社会主义事业的不断发展,我国对资源的开发与利用力度也不断增强。石油有现代工业血液的美称,其对社会主义经济建设起到重要保障作用。尤其是我国经济的迅猛发展,促使我国对石油的消耗越来越大。国内石油的供需水平不均衡,使我国的石油企业对海外进行石油投资。本文通过对中国石油企业海外采办的风险进行分析并提出建议。
With the continuous development of the cause of socialism, the development and utilization of resources in our country have also been continuously strengthened. Oil has the reputation of modern industrial blood, which plays an important safeguard on the socialist economic construction. In particular, the rapid economic development in our country has prompted our country to consume more and more oil. The uneven level of supply and demand of domestic oil makes China’s oil companies invest in oil overseas. This article analyzes the risk of overseas acquisition by Chinese petroleum enterprises and puts forward some suggestions.
