位于上海西藏中路272号的市农委招待所,是老上海众所周知的历史上颇有名气的“一品香”。随着改革开放,前些年“一品香”的底楼由招待所的内部食堂变成了对外营业的餐厅。然而,在繁华的黄金地段,这个餐厅并不为人所注目。不料从今年8月份开始,“一品香”这家老字号却重新焕发了青春,顾客盈门,熙熙攘攘,好一派生意兴隆的景象。800平方米的底楼大厅装潢一新,200多个柜台内琳琅满目的羊毛衫争奇斗艳,成了沪上屈指可数的专门经营羊毛衫批发、零售业务的“羊毛衫世界”。开发经营这个“羊毛衫世界”的是上海农垦系统第三产业大军中新近冒出来的一匹“黑马”——华鑫实业总公司。
Located at No. 272 Middle Tibet Road, Shanghai, the Municipal Agriculture Committee guest house is a well-known “Yi Pin Xiang” in the well-known history of Old Shanghai. With the reform and opening up, the first floor of “Yipinxiang” in previous years was transformed into a restaurant open to the public from the guest house’s internal canteen. However, in a bustling prime location, this restaurant is not eye-catching. Unexpectedly, starting from August of this year, the old name “Yi Pin Xiang” has rejuvenated its youthful customers and is bustling. It is a scene of good business. The 800-square-meter ground floor lobby has been decorated with a new look. More than 200 sweaters on the counters are contending with each other. It has become one of the few “cardigan worlds” in Shanghai that specializes in sweaters wholesale and retail business. The development and management of this “cardigan world” is a “dark horse” emerging from the tertiary industry of the Shanghai Farming and Reclamation System – Huaxin Industrial Corporation.
