护患之间的沟通,就是护士与患者之间通过语言、动作、眼神等相互传递信息,从而进行思想、情感交流,了解对方意愿和需求。手术病人一般存在焦虑、恐惧、紧张、谨慎等心理,需要护士适时给予关心。[1]护患沟通对病人的手术和术后康复有着很大的影响。本文就护士与患者术前沟通的技巧进行探讨。
Communication between nurses and patients, nurses and patients through the language, movement, eyes and so pass information to each other, so as to exchange ideas and emotions, to understand each other’s wishes and needs. Surgery patients generally have anxiety, fear, nervousness, cautious psychology, nurses need timely attention. [1] Nurse-patient communication has a great impact on the patient’s surgery and postoperative recovery. This article discusses the preoperative nurse and patient communication skills.
