目的通过对十堰市疾病预防控制(疾控)中心的论文发表情况的分析,为基层疾控机构在职人员提高论文发表数量与质量提供新方法 ,为基层疾控中心科研管理提供基础资料和新思路,为疾控系统绩效考核科研目标的实现提供新依据。方法收集十堰市疾控中心实行绩效改革后的2010—2012年度在1个聘用周期内在职职工发表的论文,对其特征与著者进行描述,并使用SPSS17.0软件进行统计分析。结果 2010—2012年间论文年均发表数量稳定在40.67篇左右,数量与质量逐年略有下降,其中各职称论文数呈中间大两头小分布,论文作者以40~50岁人员为主(58篇),学历以本科为主(71篇),论文性质以分析类为主(89篇),方向主要是传染病防治与微生物检测,科室以监测检验科与中心管理科室为主。结论有必要调整不利于提高论文数量与质量的版面费报销制度、职称晋升量化评分标准、高级职称管理制度,提高不同职称、学历,专业、科室的论文发表热情与水平。
Objective To analyze the publication status of the dissertations in the CDC of Shiyan and provide a new method to improve the quantity and quality of papers published by the staffs in grass-roots CDC institutions and provide the basic information and new ideas for the scientific research management of grass-roots CDC , Providing a new basis for the achievement of the scientific research goals of disease control system performance appraisal. Methods The papers published in Shiyan CDC after implementing the performance reform in 2010-2012 in one hiring cycle were collected and their characteristics and authors were described. The data were analyzed by SPSS17.0 software. Results The number of papers published in each year from 2010 to 2012 was stable at about 40.67, the quantity and quality decreased slightly year by year. The number of dissertations in each title was slightly smaller in the middle and smaller. The authors of the dissertation were predominantly 40 to 50 (58 articles) , Mainly undergraduate education (71), the nature of the papers to analyze the main class (89), the main direction of infectious disease prevention and microbiological testing, departments to monitor and test center and the Department of the main management. Conclusion It is necessary to adjust the layout fee reimbursement system, the promotion of quantitative evaluation of titles, the management system of senior professional titles which is not conducive to improve the quantity and quality of papers, and enhance the enthusiasm and level of theses published by different titles, academic qualifications, specialties and departments.
