临床资料病例1男,52岁。因鼻尖出现结节3年,于2013年5月23日就诊。3年前,无明显诱因患者鼻尖部出现一蚕豆大小淡青色结节,无明显自觉症状,近3个月结节部位偶有肿胀感。否认局部有外伤病史。既往史及个人史无特殊,否认家族中有类似疾病者。体格检查:系统检查未见异常。皮肤科情况:鼻尖可见一直径1 cm大小皮下结节,表面呈淡青色,边界清楚,无明显活动度(图1a),质地中等,有弹性,
Clinical data Case 1 male, 52 years old.
