现代工业背景下,高职教育能否办出特色,很大程度上取决于企业参与办学的程度。校企联合办学不仅有利于解决校企之间的人才供需矛盾,准确定位人才培养的目标、质量规格,而且对改善高职院校办学条件,形成高职办学特色等有着重要作用。实现校企联合办学需要建立通畅的合作渠道,建构“共享、双赢”的机制与模式。
Under the background of modern industry, whether vocational education can be characterized or not depends to a large extent on the extent to which enterprises participate in running schools. School-enterprise cooperation in running schools is not only conducive to solving the contradiction between supply and demand of qualified personnel between schools and enterprises, accurately targeting the training objectives and quality standards, but also plays an important role in improving the conditions for running a higher vocational college and forming the characteristics of running a higher vocational school. To achieve the school-enterprise cooperation in running schools need to establish a smooth cooperation channels, build “sharing, win-win ” mechanism and mode.
