本文对植入后房型人工晶体54例(54眼)患者进行了伪调节力的测定,同时观察了人工晶体在眼内的位置及其类型对伪调节的影响。结果显示:本文54眼伪调节力均值为1.533±0.59D;人工晶体位于囊袋内者其伪调力相对较大;位于睫状沟者其伪调节力相对较小。伪调节力大小与本研究所观察的二种人工晶体类型无明显的相关性。
In this paper, we measured the pseudo-accommodative power in 54 cases (54 eyes) of posterior chamber intraocular lens (IOL) implantation, and observed the intraocular position of intraocular lens (IOL) and the effect of its type on pseudo-regulation. The results showed that the mean pseudo-accommodative power of 54 eyes was 1.533 ± 0.59D. The intraocular lens in the capsular bag had a higher pseudo-stress and the pseudo-accommodative power in the ciliary sulcus was relatively smaller. There was no significant correlation between the magnitude of pseudo-accommodative force and the two types of IOL observed in this study.
