国宗发[2017]88号在我国,佛教道教历史悠久,信教群众众多,影响广泛。近年来,佛教道教发展总体平稳,但在新形势下一些问题日益凸显,社会反映最强烈的是商业化问题。这个问题如果处理不好,不仅违反宗教政策和法律法规,扰乱正常的宗教活动秩序,损害佛教道教清净庄严的形象,而且败坏社会风气,滋生权力寻租、灰色交易等腐败行为。为深入贯彻全国宗教工作会议精神,进一步治理佛教道教商业化问题,提出以下意见:
Guozongfa [2017] No. 88 In our country, Buddhism Taoism has a long history, has a large number of believers and has a wide range of influence. In recent years, the development of Buddhism and Taoism has generally been stable. However, under the new situation, some problems have become increasingly prominent. The strongest social reaction is the commercialization issue. If not properly handled, this issue not only violates religious policies and laws and regulations, disrupts the normal order of religious activities, undermines the solemn and clean image of Buddhism and Taoism, but also corrupts social ethos and breeds corrupt practices such as power rent seeking and gray trading. In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the National Conference on Religious Work and further govern the commercialization of Buddhism and Taoism, we hereby put forward the following opinions:
