我院自 1999年 1月～ 2 0 0 0年 3月对 2 1例阑尾脓肿患者 ,采用中西医结合治疗 ,取得满意疗效 ,现报道如下。1 临床资料本组 2 1例中男 14例 ,女 7例 ;年龄 16～ 70岁 ,平均 41岁 ;病程 7～ 30ｄ。 4例院外误诊 ,有中毒症状 ,体温 39℃以上 ,白细胞 1.5× 10 9～ 2 .0× 10 9
Our hospital from January 1999 to March 2000 21 cases of appendix abscess patients, the use of Integrative Medicine, and achieved satisfactory results, are reported below. 1 Clinical data 21 patients in this group, 14 males and 7 females; aged 16 to 70 years, mean 41 years; duration of 7 to 30 days. 4 cases misdiagnosed outside the hospital, there are symptoms of poisoning, body temperature above 39 ℃, white blood cells 1.5 × 10 9 ~ 2.0 × 10 9
