1426研究所1978年度学术年会于1978年12月19—21日在本所召开,应邀参加年会的有北京大学杜连耀教授、南京大学吴文虬付教授、成都电讯工程学院曲喜新付教授等52个单位的代表87人.在本届年会上本所各研究室共提出各种科研报告49篇,在会上宣读的有37篇.其中关于单晶及薄膜材料的有《二氧化碲晶体的生长》《用直拉法生长钼酸铅晶体时的液流转换及对晶体完整性的影响》《C-轴取向ZnO膜的制备及性能》等.
1426 Institute The 1978 annual academic conference was held in the Stock Exchange on December 19-21, 1978. Professor Du Liangyao from Peking University, Professor Wu Wenyong from Nanjing University and Professor Qu Xixin Fu from Chengdu Telecommunication Engineering Institute were invited to attend the conference. A unit of representatives of 87. At the annual meeting of the various research institutes made a total of 49 kinds of scientific reports, presented at the meeting 37. Among them on the single crystal and thin film materials are “tellurium dioxide crystal ”Cochlear molybdate crystal growth by Czochralski method and its influence on crystal integrity“ ”C-axis orientation ZnO film preparation and properties" and so on.
