目的基于猩红热评价传染病自动预警系统和人工实时预警的效果。方法对传染病自动预警系统及人工实时预警发出的预警情况统计其阳性预测值,进行χ2检验。结果传染病自动预警系统预警阳性预测值为0,人工实时预警阳性预测值66.67%,后者优于前者。结论传染病自动预警系统应根据不同疾病特点,灵活确定首要扫描对象。
Objective To evaluate the effect of automatic warning system for infectious diseases and artificial real-time warning based on scarlet fever. Methods The positive predictive value of automatic warning system for infectious diseases and early warning issued by artificial real-time warning were calculated, and the χ2 test was performed. Results The positive predictive value of automatic warning system for infectious diseases was 0 and the positive predictive value of artificial real-time warning was 66.67%, which was better than the former. Conclusion Automatic warning system for infectious diseases should be based on the characteristics of different diseases, the flexibility to determine the primary scan object.
