１ 临床资料 自１９９３年至１９９８年我院收治肾上腺髓性脂肪瘤８例，男３例，女５例。年龄：３４～６３岁。有高血压病史者４例。４例因腰背部胀痛不适ＣＴ检查发现，其余均为检查其他疾病或体检时经ＣＴ或Ｂ超检查偶然发现。术前ＣＴ明确诊断为肾上腺髓脂瘤２例；ＭＲＩ
1 clinical data from 1993 to 1998 in our hospital admitted to 8 cases of adrenal myelolipoma, 3 males and 5 females. Age: 34-63 years old. There were 4 patients with a history of hypertension. 4 cases were found to have uncomfortable abdominal discomfort and CT scans, and the rest were accidentally detected by CT or B-ultrasound when examining other diseases or physical examinations. Preoperative CT diagnosis of adrenal medulla in 2 cases; MRI
