为了探讨外周血中单核细胞和血小板膜表面组织因子(TF)在脑梗塞患者的表达、活性变化及其临床意义,采用流式细胞术(FCM)检测25例脑梗塞患者外周血单核细胞及血小板膜表面TF的阳性表达率,采用发色底物法检测外周血单核细胞及血小板膜表面TF的活性,并与24例正常对照者进行比较。结果表明:脑梗塞患者外周血中单核细胞和血小板膜表面TF表达率明显高于正常对照(p<0.01),单核细胞和血小板膜表面TF活性亦明显高于正常对照(p<0.01)。结论:TF是凝血途径的启动因子,脑梗塞患者血细胞膜表面TF的表达及活性增强,提示血细胞来源的TF可能参与脑梗塞疾病中病理血栓的形成。
In order to investigate the expression and activity of monocyte and platelet membrane factor (TF) in peripheral blood of patients with cerebral infarction and its clinical significance, flow cytometry (FCM) was used to detect peripheral blood mononuclear cells And the positive expression rate of TF on platelet membrane surface. The chromogenic substrate method was used to detect the activity of TF on the surface of peripheral blood mononuclear cells and platelet membrane, and compared with 24 normal controls. The results showed that the expression of TF on the surface of monocytes and platelets in peripheral blood of patients with cerebral infarction was significantly higher than that of the normal control (p <0.01), the activity of TF on the surface of monocytes and platelets was also significantly higher than that of the normal control (p <0.01) . CONCLUSION: TF is the priming factor of coagulation pathway. The expression and activity of TF on the surface of blood cell membrane in patients with cerebral infarction is enhanced, suggesting that TF derived from blood cells may be involved in the formation of pathological thrombus in cerebral infarction.
