移动互联网下,版权保护出现以往未有的全新发展特点。本文围绕“移动互联网版权保护”工作,试图建立“移动互联网版权生态链”模型,并用这一模型分析当前移动互联网下版权保护的可行性,制定切实可行的版权保护方案。本模型运用现代生态经济学“利益关联者”理论,重点考察移动互联网版权生态链中各种不同利益主体的职责,希望能够为我国移动互联网版权保护工作的开展提供一些有益的借鉴。
Under the mobile Internet, copyright protection has not seen any new development in the past. This paper focuses on the work of “Mobile Internet Copyright Protection” and attempts to establish a model of “Mobile Internet Copyright Ecology Chain”. With this model, we analyze the feasibility of copyright protection under the current mobile Internet and formulate feasible copyright protection schemes. This model uses modern eco-economics “stakeholder ” theory to focus on the responsibilities of various stakeholders in the mobile Internet copyright eco-chain, hoping to provide some useful references for the development of China’s mobile Internet copyright protection.
