选矿厂为得到品位高、数量多、质量好的各种精矿,必须对各种矿石进行破碎、磨矿、输送、选别等作业。由于物料的冲击、研磨、浸蚀等作用,给设备带来不可避免的磨损。选矿厂日处理矿量大,选矿设备磨损问题也十分突出。磨损可以使设备部件的几何尺寸、形状遭到破坏,整个设备工作效率下降,备件消耗惊人,检修频繁,产品成本提高,甚至造成环境污染。因此解决设备的磨损问题引起了国内外的重视。针对上述问题,我院在云锡公司等有关单位的协作下,采用具有高硬度、高耐磨、耐腐蚀等特性的烧结碳化硅作为选矿厂一些设备的抗磨件,进行试验研究工作。试验室
