目的建立医学生人格特征与心理健康关系的结构方程模型,为开展医学院校心理健康教育工作提供参考依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,选取某医学院校本科生400名,利用“大五”人格量表、SCL-90量表进行调查,并对调查数据进行探索性因子分析和结构方程模型分析。结果最终模型的各个拟合指数:Ratio=2.01,GFI=0.94,AGFI=0.90,RMSEA=0.06,NFI=0.98,NNFI=0.98,CFI=0.99,CN=216.06,模型的拟合优度较好。所有的路径系数、载荷系数及其他参数估计均有统计学意义。结论结构方程模型分析从统计学的角度为人格特征和心理健康关系的研究提供了理论依据。
Objective To establish the structural equation model of the relationship between personality traits and mental health of medical students and to provide a reference for carrying out mental health education in medical colleges and universities. Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was used to select 400 undergraduates in a medical school. The “Five” personality scale and the SCL-90 scale were used to investigate. The exploratory factor analysis and structural equation Model Analysis. Results The fitting coefficients of the final model were: Ratio = 2.01, GFI = 0.94, AGFI = 0.90, RMSEA = 0.06, NFI = 0.98, NNFI = 0.98, CFI = 0.99, CN = 216.06. All path coefficients, load factors and other parameters were statistically significant. Conclusion Structural equation modeling provides a theoretical basis for the study of the relationship between personality traits and mental health from a statistical point of view.
