晚近结合对神经介质的研究,考虑促甲状腺素释放激素(TRH)有神经介质或神经调节作用,其临床应用如下:脊髓小脑变性病(SCD)77年作者发现实验鼠腹腔内注入0.5mgTRH 后共济失调获改善、前庭脊髓反射时缩短及自发放电增加;并对 SCD 患者分别给TRH 及生理盐水对照,用重心偏位计测算重心偏位面积,结果用药组偏位面积显著缩小,TRH 静注1mg后3min 即见重心偏位面积缩小,60min 最明显,90min 药效渐消失。山本等用 TRH0.5mg 静注后5、20及60min 见眼震图异常获显著改善,眼球活动慢及辨距不良亦有改善。此外言语录音和用 B-麦克风作语型分析,10米往返步行时间分析,每秒轻击次数测定,书写字体及其时间测验均有改善。作者等作双盲试验,2mg/d 的85例为 H 组,0.5mg/d80例为 L 组,
