改革开放30年,中国股市风雨18年,暴涨暴跌18年走到今天。中国资本市场的改革是中国最重要的改革之一。中国股市有1600家上市公司,总市值曾达到过32万亿。但到今天,中国股市连IPO都无法进行,再融资也近乎枯竭。如果再这样下去,整个资本市场的改革就回归了。是什么原因造成的?这是中国资本市场制度本身所造成的。中国资本市场从一开始就有根本性的制度缺陷,这个问题如果不解决,投资者很难在股市赚到钱。
