最近有人提出,Ca(?)在鸦片与神经组织的相互关系中,超着重要的作用:脑室内注入Ca(?),可以对抗吗啡的镇痛作用;而注射吗啡,可降低脑内Ca(?)浓度,其作用部位可能主要在含神经末梢的部份。在体外鸦片对离体豚鼠迴肠的作用,在许多方面与鸦片对脑的作用相似。本文应用离体实验研究了Ca(?)在吗啡抑制电刺激豚鼠迴肠收缩效应中的作用。
Recently, it was suggested that Ca (?) Plays an important role in the interaction between opium and nerve tissue: intracerebroventricular injection of Ca (?) Can counteract the analgesic effect of morphine; and injection of morphine can reduce intracerebral Ca (? ?) Concentration, the role of the site may be mainly in the part with nerve endings. The effects of opium on the ileum of isolated guinea pigs in vitro are in many ways similar to those of opium on the brain. In this paper, we investigated the effect of Ca (?) On morphine inhibition of ileal contractions induced by electrical stimulation in guinea pigs.
