正在建设中的重庆市同茂大道之同茂隧道开挖跨度大、埋深浅、上覆建筑物多,给隧道设计和施工带来很大的难度。结合同茂隧道工程实践,基于建筑物不同基础类型和建筑物至隧道中心不同偏移距两个因素,研究岩质隧道开挖对上覆建筑物基础变形的影响。采用有限元法分别对筏板基础、独立基础、独立桩基础不同偏移距的6种工况进行建模计算,分析不同基础类型和不同偏移距下建筑物基础位移和沉降差,总结其变化规律,分析其原因。研究结论可为浅埋岩质隧道施工和建筑物的安全保护提供指导。
Under construction, Tongmao Tunnel of Tongma Avenue in Chongqing has large span, shallow depth and overlying buildings, which brings great difficulty to tunnel design and construction. Combined with the practice of tunnel engineering in Tamao, the influence of rock tunneling on the deformation of overlying buildings is studied based on two factors: different foundation types of buildings and different offset distances from the building to the tunnel center. Six kinds of working conditions of raft foundation, independent foundation and independent pile foundation with different offset were modeled and calculated by finite element method. The displacement and settlement difference of foundation under different foundation types and different offsets were analyzed. Change law, analyze its reason. The conclusion can provide guidance for the construction of shallow-buried rock tunnel and the safety protection of buildings.
