我国北方在9月下旬至翌年4月上旬气温较低,在这期间只能在室内栽培食用菌,不但投资大,且栽培面积受到了限制.为此,笔者从1990年秋进行了榆黄蘑秋冬春季高产栽培模式试验,并取得了较好效果.现将实验结果简报如下:(一)制种到出菇的时间安排7月25日制栽培种,8月10日堆料发酵,8月25日接种发菌,10月5日发菌结束,至翌年2月25日菌块越冬,2月10日扣棚整地作床,2月25日菌块覆土催蕾,3月5日至4月30日出菇管理.
