目的评价超声、热层析成像以及两者联合应用对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法对114例乳腺疾病患者(共114个病灶)行超声和热层析成像检查,并与病理结果相比较。结果病理检测乳腺癌恶性43例,良性71例;超声正确检出恶性32例,良性53例;热层析正确检出恶性35例,良性45例;超声、热层析成像检出乳腺癌的敏感度、准确率分别是74.42%(32/43)、74.56%(85/114)和81.40%(35/43)、70.18%(80/114),二者联合应用检出乳腺癌的敏感度和准确率分别是95.35%(41/43)、86.84%(99/114)。结论联合应用超声和热层析成像有助于提高诊断乳腺癌的敏感度和准确率。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of ultrasound, thermal tomography and their combination in breast cancer. Methods 114 patients with breast diseases (114 lesions) were examined by ultrasound and thermal tomography, and compared with the pathological results. Results Pathological examination was performed in 43 cases of malignant breast cancer and 71 cases of benign breast cancer. Thirty-two cases were diagnosed malignantly by ultrasound, 53 cases were benign, 35 cases were malignant by thermal tomography, 45 cases were benign. Ultrasound and thermal tomography were used to detect breast cancer Sensitivity and accuracy were 74.42% (32/43), 74.56% (85/114) and 81.40% (35/43) and 70.18% (80/114), respectively.
