不同剂量的雷公藤多甙（ＴⅡ）对小鼠骨髓造血干细胞（ＨＳＣ）体外增殖作用研究结果表明，ＴⅡ对小鼠ＨＳＣ体外增殖有明显的抑制效应，并与剂量密切相关，５０％的抑制率为０．５ｍｇ／Ｌ，随着ＴⅡ作用时间延长，抑制程度增加，提示临床用药需掌握剂量，长期运用需对机体造血功能进行监测。
The effect of TII on the proliferation of mouse bone marrow hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) in vitro showed that TⅡ had a significant inhibitory effect on the proliferation of mouse HSCs in vitro and was related to the dose.
