唐山市第54中学现有三个校区,62个教学班、3100多名学生,是目前唐山市区规模最大的初级中学。这样一所大规模学校,要想提高教育质量,必须从提高教师入手,没有教师业务素质的提升,就很难有教育质量的提高;没有教师的主动发展,就很难有学生的主动发展;没有教师的教育创新,就很难有学生的创新精神。基于以上认识,我校丰富管理内涵,开展系列活动,努力打造一支高素质教师队伍。
Tangshan No. 54 Middle School currently has three campuses, 62 teaching classes, more than 3100 students, is currently the largest junior high school in Tangshan.
