当前的素质教育突出的是:学生是知识的主动构建者,学习的主人,故教育要尊重学生的个性,课堂要充分发挥学生的主动性,让学生生动、活泼、积极、主动地发展。教师应转变角色,课堂上让学生自主学习,教师起组织者和引导者的作用,让学生自学、研讨,主动质疑,善于解疑,学以致用,展现个性。
At present, quality education emphasizes that students are the active builders of knowledge and the masters of learning. Therefore, education should respect the individuality of students.
