在自然变温条件下 ,笔者以长豇豆为寄主 ,测定了美洲斑潜蝇的生长发育速率。对试验结果的直线回归分析表明 ,其卵、幼虫、蛹、一世代的发育起点温度分别为 :12 82℃、13 35℃、11 87℃、12 38℃ ,有效积温分别为 :4 6 2 0、51 30、139 99、2 59 50d·℃ ,并得出发育速率与温度的 4个直线回归方程。研究结果可用于推算美洲斑潜蝇全年发生代数、预报幼虫发生期等
In the natural temperature conditions, the author of Asparagus bean as host, the determination of the growth rate of Liriomyza sativae. The linear regression analysis of the test results showed that the starting temperatures of eggs, larvae, pupae and first generation were 12 82 ℃, 13 35 ℃, 1187 ℃ and 12 38 ℃, respectively, and the effective accumulated temperatures were respectively 4620 , 51 30,139 99,2 59 50d · ℃, and obtained four linear regression equations of development rate and temperature. The results of this study can be used to calculate annual algebra occurrence and prediction of larval occurrence, etc.
