低强度微波辐射和低频噪声对男性精子影响的流行病学调查研究

目的探讨精子亚临床损伤实验室敏感指标。方法应用计算机辅助精子分析(CASA)、精子染色质结构分析(SCSA)、精子单细胞凝胶电泳分析(SCGE)进行精子测定,比较各项指标在低强度非致热微波辐射和低频震动两种不同暴露环境下对男性精子亚临床损伤的敏感性。根据暴露组与对照组结果之间差异显著性(P值)大小将检测指标分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ级。结果精子平均移动角度是Ⅱ级指标;D级精子率是Ⅲ级;A级精子率、精子侧摆幅度、精子鞭打频率、FSH、COMPαt、Ⅰ级慧星率、精子密度是Ⅳ级,精子直线速度、平均路径速度、C级精子为Ⅴ级。结论CASA检测的精子平均移动角度可灵敏反映两种暴露因素对精子的影响,其次是D级精子率。Ⅳ级、Ⅴ级指标是单一暴露因素引起的差异,如COMPat或1级彗星率,可能是造成Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级差异的原因,因为精子核DNA损伤,直接影响精子头的运动活力使D级精子率、MAD、VSL、VAP改变。 Objective To explore the sensitive indicators of subclinical damage laboratory in sperm. Methods Spermatozoa were measured by computer assisted sperm analysis (CASA), sperm chromatin structure analysis (SCSA) and single cell gel electrophoresis (SCGE). The effects of low intensity unheated microwave radiation and low frequency vibration Sensitivity to subclinical male sperm injury under different exposure conditions. According to the difference (P value) between the exposed group and the control group, the detection indexes were divided into Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ and Ⅴ. The results showed that the average sperm moving angle was grade Ⅱ, Grade D sperm grade was grade Ⅲ, grade A sperm, sperm sway, sperm whipping frequency, FSH, COMPαt, grade I comet rate, sperm density grade Ⅳ, Speed, average path speed, grade C sperm grade Ⅴ. Conclusion The average shift of sperm motility detected by CASA can sensitively reflect the influence of two exposure factors on sperm, followed by D grade sperm motility. Grade IV and V indicators are differences caused by a single exposure factor, such as COMPAT or grade 1 comet rate, which may be the reason for the differences in grade Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ because sperm DNA damage directly affects sperm motility D grade sperm rate, MAD, VSL, VAP changes.
