目的:研究江香薷醇提物石油醚部位的化学成分。方法:采用GC-MS联分析和鉴定化学成分。结果:在最佳分析条件下,经毛细管色谱分离、气相质谱分析工作站WILEY/NBS库,NIST02质谱数据库检索,并参照有关文献,共分离出50个峰,鉴定了38个化学成分。含量较高的化合物为百里香酚(18.31%),3,13-十八碳二烯-1-醇(10.26%),香荆芥酚(8.60%)等。结论:利用GC-MS分析鉴定江香薷脂溶性成分,具有快速、稳定、重复性好的特点,可用于江香薷药材成分的分析鉴定。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of petroleum ether fraction Methods: GC-MS analysis and identification of chemical constituents. Results: Under the best analysis conditions, the chemical constituents were identified by capillary chromatographic separation, gas-liquid mass spectrometry workstation WILEY / NBS and NIST02 mass spectrometry database. With reference to relevant literature, 50 peaks were isolated and 38 chemical components were identified. The higher contents of the compounds were thymol (18.31%), 3,13-octadecadien-1-ol (10.26%), carvacrol (8.60%) and so on. Conclusion: Identification of the fat-soluble constituents of Rhizoma alitamiae by GC-MS has the characteristics of fast, stable and good reproducibility. It can be used for the identification and identification of the constituents of Rhizoma.
