用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵和十二烷基三甲基溴化铵对蒙脱土(MMT)进行有机化处理,采用插层复合法制备了插层有机纳米MMT/脲醛树脂(UF)胶粘剂;讨论了有机纳米MMT用量对UF胶粘剂的表观黏度、拉伸剪切强度、耐水性及游离甲醛含量的影响。结果表明:与纯UF胶粘剂相比,插层有机纳米MMT/UF胶粘剂的表观黏度提高了2.05倍,拉伸剪切强度增加了17%,耐水时间增加了105min,游离甲醛含量由2.01%降至0.32%;经有机纳米MMT插层复合改性后,UF胶粘剂的综合性能明显提高,游离甲醛含量明显降低,符合世界环保产品的使用要求。
MMT was organically treated with cetyltrimethylammonium bromide and dodecyltrimethylammonium bromide. Intercalated organic nano-MMT / urea-formaldehyde resin ( UF) adhesive. The effects of the amount of organic nano-MMT on the apparent viscosity, tensile shear strength, water resistance and free formaldehyde content of UF adhesive were discussed. The results showed that the apparent viscosity of intercalated organic nano-MMT / UF adhesive increased 2.05 times, tensile shear strength increased 17%, water-resistant time increased 105min, free formaldehyde content decreased from 2.01% To 0.32%. After the organic nano-MMT intercalation composite modification, the comprehensive performance of UF adhesive significantly improved, the content of free formaldehyde was significantly reduced, in line with the requirements of the world’s environmental protection products.
