随着我国经济社会的不断发展,一方面促进了职业教育的迅猛发展,另一方面对职教师资也提出了更高的要求。发展职业教育,应树立以职业道德教育为起点、以动态的管理思想为机制、以行业发展培训为催化剂、以具有信息素养的教师为保障、以建立学习型教师队伍为落脚点打造一支适应经济发展的职教师资队伍。
With the constant development of economy and society in our country, on the one hand, the rapid development of vocational education has been promoted; on the other hand, higher requirements have also been set for teachers of vocational education. To develop vocational education, we should establish a vocational education starting point, a dynamic management thinking as a mechanism, industry development as a catalyst for training, with information literacy teachers as a guarantee, to establish a learning force to create a teaching force to adapt to Vocational education teachers in economic development.
