谈及中国社会主义法治建设问题时,汗牛充栋的法学理论令我们眼花缭乱,莫衷一是。什么才是我们需要的法治?国家与社会的理解有着不同程度的分歧。正是基于这样一种认识,本刊开辟《走进法律》专栏,诚邀法律界才俊,从现实中各种琳琅满目的法律现象出发,择其要害而试作阐发,希图沟通国家与社会关于法治的理解,建设以社会和谐、社会本位为价值依归的法律文化。
When talking about the question of the building of the Chinese legal system of socialism, the numerous legal theories of our country dazzled us. What is the rule of law we need?
