为了提高硬質合金刀具的焊接質量,降低成本,我厂鑄工車間从去年开始学习苏联先进經验,着手試驗鑄造焊接。起初我們采用СЧ21—40牌号的鑄铁进行鑄造焊接,后来考虑到球墨鑄铁强度高、韌性好,并且車間每天都有生产,因此决定进行球墨鑄铁鑄造焊接的試验。根据我們經驗,球墨鑄鉄的鑄造焊接是比较困难的,但是由于同志們的努力,不怕困难,經过近四个月的試驗,目前已經可以小批生产,而且質量稳定。 鑄焊工艺球墨鑄鉄鑄造焊接的关鍵,在于刀片同刀杆的焊接是不是牢固。我们考虑到球墨鑄铁的浇注温度比較低,用СЧ21—40牌号鑄铁
In order to improve the welding quality of carbide cutting tools and reduce costs, our factory foundry workshop started from last year to learn the advanced experience of the Soviet Union, started trial casting welding.
