目的探讨临床化疗毒副作用下使用参芪扶正注射液的临床治疗效果。方法整理40例恶性肿瘤患者的临床资料,治疗中分为治疗组和对照组各20例,分别给予患者参芪扶正注射液治疗及常规治疗,观察两组患者的临床治疗完成之后的毒副作用情况,比较使用参芪扶正注射液后与对照组患者的毒副作用差异情况。结果治疗组患者治疗完成之后的毒副作用明显比对照组轻,患者毒副反应较小,两组比较差异明显,P<0.05。结论在临床化疗治疗的过程中,可以使用参芪扶正注射液进行治疗,提高患者的临床治疗效果,减轻患者的毒副作用,在临床当中可以进行推广使用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of using Shenqi Fuzheng injection under the toxic and side effects of clinical chemotherapy. Methods The clinical data of 40 patients with malignant tumor were collected and divided into treatment group and control group with 20 cases each. The patients were treated with Shenqi Fuzheng injection and routine treatment respectively. The side effects after the completion of clinical treatment were observed , Compare the use of Shenqi Fuzheng injection and control group of patients with side effects. Results After treatment, the side effects of the treatment group were obviously lighter than those of the control group, and the patients had fewer side effects. The difference between the two groups was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion In the course of clinical chemotherapy, Shenqifuzheng injection can be used to improve the clinical effect of treatment and reduce the side effects of patients, which can be widely used in clinical practice.
